All the GB horses passed the trot up yesterday, after which the GB team was announced as David Doel, Gina Ruck, Evie Paterson and Tom Mcewen with Dani Evans and Isabel Djivanovic as the individuals.

Alex Colquhoun said: “We didn’t have much luck in the draw and have been drawn 2nd after the French so david’s test will be at 9.06 on Thursday followed by Dani at approx 10.40 with 5 of the riders going on the Thursday and only Tom to do his dressage on the Friday.  A couple of heavy rain showers today but we are assured that the weather will be hot and clear by the weekend.”

He adds: “The cross country course is BIG but with some slow routes but remains jumpable”

So far today..Dressage results include a great start from David Doel in his Young Rider debut with 49.3 and Dani Evans on her second YR year (with a new team ride)  scoring 47.
